The street I stayed in 2007 is located in Old Havana - very busy area with narrow streets where the tall building miss the old glamour. In the picture background you can see the former Batista's palace, today the Museum of Revolution outside of which the famous Granma yacht is in permanent exposition

Partagas Tobacco Factory
One of the most famous tobacco factory, established by the Spaniard Don Jaime Partagás Ravelo in 1845. It produces the finest Cuban cigars, including Cohiba, which was originally supplied exclusively to Fidel Castro and high-level officials in the Communist Party of Cuba and Cuban government. It was released commercially for sale to the public in 1982.
